3WW #CXCVIII ~ bait + jump + victim
~
Media's strong bait
Like an enticing space jump
Hear sighs of the victim
~
NOTE ~ space jump is a drama warm-up exercise.
Participants link one reality + characters and transform to another at a given signal - usually the words space jump. (There should be some word/s which link old and new setting.)

Signs of Autumn...argh...summer is always so fleeting...if I didn't know what lies ahead of me and I lived in a temperate climate, winter wouldn't be so filled with dread. Just knowing that you might not see the sun for months on end or that you may not be able to leave your house for days because of the drifting snows...sure, it has a beauty of it's own, but with the struggling economy, who can afford to be stranded at home.
Thank God for the internet where I can pick up a few sales here and there. Can you imagine not wanting to leave your house for 6 months because it's just too cold to go outside...and all of the beautiful gardens are just lumps of dead vegetation...pretty bleak huh...but I still love it here in Ioway, but dreams of wintering in Florida still haunt my being.
Well, it is what it is, but it has been an unusual weather year this year...see ya soon sweet global sister!
Hugs...s
A very good take on the promps in as many lines...Liked it..
Interesting haiku. I liked it very much and appreciated the explanation of the exercise.
Very clever use of those 3 words, Gemma. I'm sure I would not have thought of the same connection without your help...but it totally works. :)
Interesting. I've never understood Haiku; but poetry escapes me too.
This was cool though. It did all seem to fit together.
Bravo.
