The zig-zag pattern confuses our eyes, darting lft and then right, do we forget that our preferred direction is actually up??

The cables above look so much like the rigging on a sailing ship. Lovely capture!

So very true dearest friend, busy, busy, busy...trying to get the doors and windows ready to be installed in the new building...compiling inventory for it...producing inventory, jewelry, painted furniture, poetry and photos...all so overwhelming when you have to work a real job too.

7 days a week, it never ends and we've had so much rain and heat, the grass and weeds never stop growing, what a non-stop chore all summer. We too are seeing signs of Autumn, cooler nights to dream in.

But soon my shop will be finished and I can languish in my art and my dream-space, me and Scratchy and the coming seasons...BRING IT ON!!! I'm ready, one day at a time to grow into me. A dream come true for the rest of my days...then I'll concentrate on the hen house for next summer's project...free range eggs, nothin' like 'em!

Good thing I love what I do, most would pass out...I just keep on dreamin'!!!

Take care dearest friend your Spring I'm sending to you soon.

A ginormous hug from Ioway!!!

I LOVE the wonky shadows steps make. And to think most people miss their beauty.

I really like your zigzaggy ShadowShot. That bridge is unusual and makes the shot extra interesting.

Gemma dear, I have such trouble reading the purple lettering on the black background. I do have bad,old eyes, so it could be just me.
