Pic by Gemma Wiseman ~ On Australia Day, it is becoming a tradition in my world for many people to walk between Dromana and Rosebud on Port Phillip Bay, Mornington Peninsula.
They begin at Dromana pier, walk a part of the coastal path and then walk by the roadside.
Here they are at the beginning of the walk near Dromana pier.

AUSTRALIA ~ The Antipodes
I love a sunburnt country / A land of sweeping plains / Of ragged mountain ranges / Of droughts and flooding rains / I love her far horizons / I love her jewel-sea / Her beauty and her terror / The wide brown land for me / ~ Dorothea Mackellar (1885-1968)
